Free local delivery is possible (Upon Request) for orders over $99 within the 4870 Postcode.
Those Deliveries are made from [5pm-7pm] on [MON-FRI]. You will be contacted via SMS or the supplied Email address to arrange the delivery of your package.
Locals can save on shipping fees with FREE local pickup in CAIRNS. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within MAX 1 Business Day. We will send you an SMS/Email with instructions when your order is ready.
We currently DO NOT offer international shipping however, we may in the future.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow upto 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

This is possible by using any AUSPOST service at Checkout.
We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery if the item is in original condition & undamaged packaging. Once we have received your return (Must be trackable) and inspected it, a full refund will be given MINUS return postage costs.
If your order arrives Damaged or Faulty in any way, please kindly email us as soon as possible at "support @ pi-mania.com.au" with your order reference number and a photo/description of the item’s damage or fault. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will always work towards a satisfactory solution for the customer.
Items deemed missing/stolen after successful Auspost Delivery, are not liable for any refund. Auspost can typically provide a photo from the driver's vehicle/body cameras as delivery proof if required. We highly recommend using the FREE AUSPOST "Parcel Collection Service" if you are or have been a victim of such crimes.
