You can issue a return for a product for up to 21 days from the date you received it. (as indicated on the tracking information) If unopened/unused and returned exactly as sold for a FULL refund/exchange. (Return Postage Costs are yours however unless Faulty/Damaged)
Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it, complete and in the original packaging. Please contact US for the Return Address, RMA number and a pre-paid return postage QR Code. (Faulty/Damaged goods only)
Returns without RMA will not be actioned.
